Nothing can quite outshine minimalism when it comes to conceiving a humble yet luxurious abode. This 7200 sq. ft. Bungalow is the brainchild of the designer dyad Yatin and Jiten of Usine studio. The residence is owned by a well-reputed entrepreneur in the pharmaceutical industry, housing a family of four.
The design team relinquished "designer's freedom" as the formulation of the project was looked after right from the architectural stages. The planning of this state-of-the-art residence is a careful balance between ideals of Vastu Shastra and client’s lifestyle. The northeast zone is kept open (for landscaping), which not only adds to privacy but also allows bringing in the soft sun of the northeast throughout the day.
